FRIDAYS DURING SCHOOL TERMS
Pickleball is a racket sport in which two or four players use a smooth-faced paddle to hit a perforated ball around a court.
It is a growing sport that is fun, easy to learn and suitable for all ages.
Aspects of pickleball resemble tennis and table tennis . It is played on a doubles badminton court with a smaller net.
During the lesson, children will learn how to control the ball, score points and build up a rally.
Each lessons begins with a fun, engaging warm up, followed by step by step guidance on how to play and progress. Emphasis is on enjoyment and learning new skills.
It is a great fun way to develop hand eye co-ordination, build up agility and strength as well as working in a team. The focus is always on having fun, trying your best and being active.
All abilities are welcome and lessons are taught and adapted to suit the individual.
